How does it work? A technical support agent will work with you over the phone to solve the problem. If the problem can’t be solved, HP will express ship a replacement scanner to you the next business day. Using the replacement scanner’s packaging and prepaid shipping via premium air freight, you’ll return the failed scanner to HP.
All necessary parts, materials, and labor are covered. You’ll get priority access to toll-free technical support from an HP-authorized technician, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time (excluding HP holidays).
